** Prices are linked to the Bolivar, in case of strong exchange rate fluctuations, the price can be adjusted up to 3 weeks before departure.

Included:

  • Accommodation: during the trail ride nights in different simple authentic but comfortable and clean farm rooms. Based on double, triple and quadruple rooms.There are also 2 nights camping as there are no other options. Camp in Iglo tents; 2 persons per tent. Nights in Caracas are in a luxurious classic hotel. Based on double rooms.

  • Meals: full board. (From breakfast on day 2 to breakfast last day, except dinner on day 10 in Caracas)

  • Guides & Charros: Venezuelan guide. On all trail rides you also will be escorted by trip leader Simón Vergara or Paul Coudenys from Entre Orejas. (Paul speaks fluent English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese and speaks basic German). Furthermore, you  will be accompanied by local farmers. The guides are equipped with cell phones so they can call for assistance if needed.  

  • Pack Mules: bring your personal luggage to the daily overnight places.

  • Horses & Tack: including saddlebags.

  • Transfer: From and to the Airport Caracas. 

  • 2 Domestic flights in Venezuela

Not included:

  • Travel Insurance and Trip Cancellation Insurance are Mandatory: ask your local insurance company or travel agent about it. You will not be allowed to participate in the "Entre Orejas" riding holiday program without having both of these personal travel insurance.  

  • Flight: international to Venezuela. Gateway is Caracas. (CCS)   

  • Alcoholic beverages & soft drinks

  • Single Supplement: only if you do not want to share the room. Possible in Caracas. Not possible  during the trail ride

  • Saddle Bags (bring your own)

  • Personal expenses 

  • Tips: (optional)

  • Booking Sales Tax: USD 33,00 per person per payment

 

Flights
If you either depart from Europe, The States, South-America, Australia or elsewhere, there is a large choice of airlines flying to Venezuela.  Gateway is CARACAS (CCS). You do not have to worry about your domestic flight in Venezuela, your domestic flight it is included in the program.  We do not reserve the international flight to Venezuela for you, but we will be happy to help you with information concerning flights and how to get to the destination.
